    Se a biometria não aparece nas configurações é porque ela não esta sendo reconhecida pela placa. Antes de tudo faça o teste com outra biometria e verifique o conector da biometria J1902. Efetue um teste no testpoint TP1520. Se não houver resultados no teste, verifique os componentes TVS4 , TVS10 e TVS8. Bom trabalho.

    Já passou uma firmware mais atual? Testou outro botão de biometria? Verificou se há oxidação?
