    fiz o procedimento, porem da erro de loader, oque pode esta ocorrendo?

    Reset FRP Moto G Play XT1603 primeiro você entra no modo fastboot seleciona a opção factory mode conecta o cabo usb, espera instalar os drivers. Depois ativa o botão Enable ADB como esta na figura e no celular permita a conexão se pedir e na sequência pressiona reset frp sem desligar o celular. O software da box recomenda desligar, mas comigo só deu certo assim.

    graças ao suporte  U.M.T via skype resolveu o problema de resetar conta mi e após entrar na internet a conta voltava.
