Não precisa ter o modelo listado no flashtool. Faça o seguinte 1. abra o flashtool 2. clique sobre o raio 3. marque "flashmode" > OK 4. na janela aberta, clique sobre os "..." e selecione o arquivo gerado pelo programa CXperia 5. agora é só segurar Volume Down e conectar o cabo USB.

ja verificou se ele reconece os drivers adb no pc se sim e so ir na aba android selecionar usb cable selecionar reboot recovery e dar star ela vai mandar ele para a tela de recuperaçao ai e so fazer os procedimentos de whipe reset isto com o cel ligado ao pc por cabo usb nao pelo cabo da box

Não precisa fazer o jump direto, primeiro teste a continuidade com o multímetro, se não tiver faça o jumper de um choque na bateria para dar um arranque. Pelo que tenho visto esse problema aparentemente se resolve com uma atualização com outra versão... Isso é causa de uma atualização incorreta,se logico o aparelho não ter como o colega citou umidade ou mesmo queda.. Ou casos que ja vi a bateria viciada é dificiu pegar mais estou qui para le dar possibilidaDES DO QUE POSSA SER RSRS AUSHUSA bOA sORTE
