Vai até a aba particion manager, selecione a partição CID, " Click for open file" , vai até a pasta backup em C/ Arquivos de programas/Medusa Pro Software e selecione o primeiro backup do CID feito pela box, após isso selecione a opção Write partition do lado direito do software.

Se tentou todas as ultimas versões de firmware e não passou. Conecte novamente a Medusa e restaure o backup do primeiro CID.

Lembre-se de ao terminar o processo remover todos os fios e com cuidado pra não remover resistores e também estragar trilhas principalmente na linha clk. Verifique isso e poste resultados aqui

Mude a tensão pra 2.8v e a velocidade pra 20mhz e passe a ultima versão do arquivo motorola xml. Espero ter ajudado.
