Ao colocar na box que o Sr. utilizar, verifique a versão do software que está no aparelho, para não fazer um dowgrande acidental. Importante também saber qual a operadora, para baixar a flash correta. Não esqueça de fazer os backups full da PM e IMEI do aparelho. Abraço! Eder.
