Razr D1 XT918 não reconhece nenhum dos dois chips.

 

A opção de gerenciar chip esta como se estivesse desmarcada. (Foto abaixo)

 

Alguém tem ideia do que possa ser o defeito?

 

OBS.: Os slots de chip estão intactos.

    Caso seja isso ,  somente com sigma ou smartclip 2 , desbloqueio direto ...caso não seja do ramo leve a uma loja de sua preferencia ( confiança )
