Boa tarde

 

Estou com dificuldade de efetuar hard reset no blu star Jr, ja tentei da seguinte forma:

botão power + volume baixo = entra configuração de teste do aparelho

botão power + valume cima = entra em modo download que é aquele ícone triangulo ai aperto volume abaixo e volume acima e nada acontece

botão power + volume cima + volume baixo = nada acontece.

 

quem puder me auxiliar desde ja obrigado.
