os dois slots dos chip estão ok, celular esta novo, nao lê o chip em ambos slots, problema n placa, alguem sabe por onde devo começar

Bom dia, peguei exatamente da mesma forma, imei ok, placa ok, slot ok, passei uma FW por via de duvida mas não resolveu, não tive mais tempo de investigar pois tive que devolver ao cliente.
