    coloque uma bateria carregada e veja se em um dos pinos do botao power esta chegando em torno de 2v.

    Como foi feito o teste da tecla power? Utilizou o Test Point tp2001?
     
     
    Abre o gerenciador de dispositivos e conecte no USB, verifique se reconhecerá algum driver.
