Olá estou com esse atc, aqui na minha bancada, ele não sai da tela LG, no Lg suporte tool faz a atualização e não da nenhum erro, porém continua travado, tentei pelo KDZ e da o seguinte erro.

Alguma solução ?

O erro continua, vai até o o fim do processo porém ele reinicia e continua travado.
