Pessoal...descobri o problema do looping infinito do LG L35 D157f
Ja havia tentado Factory Data Recovery mas ele parava logo no inicio. Ja havia tentado LG Flash Tool 2014 e o LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL mas como o aparelho não entrava em modo download nem com JIG não tinha resultado algum. Já havia retirado o botão power mas sem sucesso. So restava tentar com alguma BOX.

Porem vi que alguns haviam postado que a bateria com problema fazia isso. E faz mesmo. Resolvi o meu trocando a bateria.
