pessoal estou com 2 ms2 travado nao sai da tela

reset e nada com procedimento power + volume - e nada

alguma soluçao aqui esta foto

o aparelho desligado faça o seguinte:

Segure a tecla de Volume+ juntamente com a tecla Power (Liga/Desliga) por volta de 3 a 5 segundos e solte todos os botões
O celular irá para uma tela com um triângulo e o bonequinho da Android
Dê então um clique na tecla Home (casinha)
Na tela seguinte use a tecla de Volume- para ir até a opção wipe data/factory reset e a selecione com a tecla Retornar ( A tecla com esse formato " < " )
Desça com a tecla de Volume- até a opção yes -- delete all user data e seleciona coma tecla Retornar
Novamente com a tecla de Volume- vá até a opção wipe cache partition e seleciona com a tecla de Retornar
agora novamente com a tecla Retornar selecione a opçao reboot system now

Já fiz o processo é não deu em nada não sai da tela de inicio faço novamente
