Reginaldo bom dia!!! Agradeço sua dica, mas não consegui fazer o hard reset. O telefone não sai da tela inicial. Teria algum programa para fazer flash nêle? Um abraço

Com permição do nosso Super Regis tó respondendo ^^ Tópico com mais de um ano so pra sanar o mesmo. Acabei de realizar o procedimento ( Volume - / Lock / Power ) 1 - Telefone Desligado 2 - Segure simultaneamente Volume - / Lock / + Power 3 - Depois de vibrar solte o Power e aguarde aparecer o boneco do Android 4 - Done Se não resolver travamento o mesmo terá que ser atualizado via Box. Mais para remover senha 100% Done!
