estou com um problema de um Nokia 5230, que está dando FALHA NO REGISTRO DO CARTÃO SIM, alguem poderia me auxiliar.

Amigo 99% desse problema é lista negra. Vá em configurações e manda procurar rede, se ele achar alguma e não conseguir acessar a mesma, pode ter certeza.
