ola amigos estou com atc e 71 q quando eu coloco o chip vivo ñ fuicona nenhum chip so o vivo fuciona ai quando eu coloco oo chip tim fucio todos menos o tim fica escrito SIM REGISTRO FALTA

Possivelmente é uma black List. Mas resoluções de Black List por ser proibido vou lhe dizer oque pode fazer para testar. Experimente dar um format no aparelho, logo após um restaurar configurações, e post resultados. Sempre faça um backup de sw ao dar formar e sempre retorne resultados.
