Ola gente estou com dois motorola com o mesmo problema os dois são xt1022 os dois passam firmware certinho porem um continua travado na logo motorola e reinicia o outro motorola ate passa dessa parte fica na tela de "otimizando apps 0 de 134" dai ele vai quando chega no app 134 ele reinicia e volta no app 0 e fica assim infinitamente, passei varias roms  inclusive a que esta no cla, passei pelo tanto pelo RSD Lite e pelo ADB, usando esse comandos :
