Oi ,pessoal . Estou com BlackBerry I 835 travado ,mostrando desenho da bateria . Tentei colocar em boot mas não consigo tentei * # Power mas nada adiantou alguem pode me ajudar ?

vamos lá é blackberry da nextel?se for é o 8350i,e ele não entra em boot assim,se o problema for de atualização use o desktop menager ou o bbsak.pelo bbsak vc pode ate tentar resetar o bb,mais outra dica é tentar com outra bateria.
