Oi amigos estou com um nokia 1616 que segundo o cliente me informou ele é da claro e o defeito dele é que com um chip oi ele funciona normalmente , com chip vivo ele abre a tela mas não da sinal e com o chip claro ou o tim ele da falha no registro cartão sim. Alguém pode me ajudar

Amigo o Seu aparelho esta na Black List sim.

O chip vivo não irá funcionar pelo motivo de ser DualBand.

Leve o mesmo para a operadora com a nota fiscal.

Se não tiver nota, pode devolver.
