Olá, bom eu tenho um Blu life pure mini, o problema é o seguinte, a cada vez q eu renicio ele ou tento ligar, ele vai pro modo Factory, em vez de iniciar normalmente, eu tentei resetar ele, mas para resetar precisa ter o botão do volume funcionando, e o meu quebrei ontem, caiu no chão entortou para dentro e agora o volume só funciona para cima, teria algum modo de eu arrumar esse botão? E existe algum tipo de reset pelo pc que eu possa usar sem precisar do botão de volume? Obrigado pela ajuda.
