    ola amigo danilo hernandes na resoldagem voce deve ter esquentado demais a pci,por isso nao ligou mais, eu peguei uns 5 aparelho com esse defeito faco so uma resoldagem com fluxo de solda e ficou 100%,se nao deu certo tente colocar outro componente
