    Icone correio de voz não some

    Olá, bom dia! Caros colegas, procurei em todos os tópicos e não achei nada, to com um problema no Display do BlackBerry 8350i em que o ícone do correio de voz informa que existe mensagem. Só que eu acesso o correio de voz e lá diz que não há mensagens e o ícone não some continua lá. Algum colega já teve esse problema e conseguiu resolver, preciso da ajuda para resolver isso.
