    Olá Meu nome é Manoel André e moro em Recife, Pernambuco. Sou usuário de tecnologia da informação desde 1985 e atualmente sou professor em cursos livres de informática e inglês. Realizo manutenção em computadores e derivados mas em tablets tudo é novo. Por isto ando tendo alguns problemas com eles. Tenho um tablet Positivo YPY 10fta e o mesmo está reiniciando e não sai da tela inicial com o nome da faculdade Estacio. O tablet era de um ex-aluno da Estácio que terminou há alguns meses e me repassou porém quero retirar o firmware e gravar um novo, ou o firmware original do tablet. Espero poder ajudar em alguma coisa e espero também obter ajuda. Estarei sempre pronto a ajudar. OBRIGADO.
