    Meu caro o problema ai  é no CI do teclado, que fica bem próximo ao slot do cartão sim, certamente quebrado ao trocar de chip.

    Boa noite amigo,tente trocar o cristal do teclado,pode ser que a parte do cristal responsável pela tecla power pode estar danificada.Tenho um post que informa em quais aparelhos vc pode encontrá-lo.
