    Olá amigo. esse tipo de problema acontece muito no n95, já peguei varios assim. se ele estiver somente com a tela escura ,tente fazer como o amigo Francisco eudes falou acima , caso não de certo troque esses componetes que ficam proximo ao conector da bateria( são tres, controlam imagem e teclado.) observe bem as posições deles. boa sorte!
