    NOkia e63 teclado não funciona

    Pessoal é o seguinte, após apresentar uns erros de teclado, ex: clicar em calendário e aparecer relógio etc, meu aparelho parou de funcionar as teclas, a única que ainda funciona é a liga desliga. Só que, quando reinicio ele, ele para em desbloqueiar teclado e como o teclado não funciona não passo dai. É possível formatar o aparelho com ele desligado? Aguardo uma luz.
