    Mais provável que seja a memória emmc com soda fria. Aí tem que retirar a memória , fazer reballing e soldar ela novamente na placa. Se foi após algum procedimento de software mal sucedido aí tem solução fácil fazer a atualização de software com arquivo Scatter file. Nesse último posso te ajudar a gerar um Scatter caso seja ele o problema, mas como lhe falei no começo do post é bem provável que seja um problema de hardware e não de software. Espero ter ajudado
