Bom dia galera do clan.

Estou com um gran duos que não lê o chip 2. Aparece só INSERIR SIM.

alguém sabe a solução?

Ja consultei a black list e nao consta bloqueio. O chip 1 funciona normal.

realmente nao tem haver com black list pois ela so bloqueia a rede nao a leitura do chip 

aconselho em primeiro lugar verificar se nao ha oxidaçoes na placa e se houver fazer uma limpeza 

leve com isopropilico senao adiantar entao faça uma flash no aparelho
