Se trocando o flex continuar com o mesmo problema faça uma resolta total na placa, algum componente pode está afetando o auricular.

Boa Noite Senhor: Deu entrada aqui em minha, loja um atc dessas forma. Eu também já fiz o mesmo procedimento q o senhor, já realizou em seu atc, mais com ajuda de um manual tecnico e uma pci que eu tinha aqui pr fazer a retirada de componente cosntatei que faltava componentes ao atc retirei, da pci que eu tinha coloquei em outra ficou 100%
