Amigo acredito que seja a versão que você esta usando, embora seja a ultima, ela tem muitos bugs, uma boa que eu uso é a 3.5.0030, fiz um hoje com ela e foi de primeira. Experimenta também selecionar a porta que foi gerada pelo celular, no seu caso a COM30. Abraço.
