É normal criar duas port COM, porém acho que voçê ta fazendo algo de errado.

Verifique sua conexão USB se está ok.

Mande ler o aparelho, marque a opção New Security e clique em Unlock SP

Unlock as MSL2 Direct... ok

OU/DEPOIS marque a opção Read Code e clique em Unlock SP.

depois de desistalar tudo e baixei de novo o shell e instalei ele novamente e fazer o que o amigo disso deu 100% OBRIGADO
