Tente enviar para varias pessoas diferentes, para ver se não á uma incompatibilidade com o seu aparelho. Já que o aparelho é seu pessoal, tente entrar em contato com a central da operadora para ver se eles não mandam a configuração deles para o aparelho. Boa sorte Abraços
