Disculpe me a inguinoracia, mais eu num to conseguindo nunhum ds dos dois nem le o atc, de um erro nem o master reset, ele man conectar o ATC, tem como vc me descrever passo a passo como fazer isso?

Srº se possivel faça o Print da imagem de erro pra melhor analizar!!!

Se o Srº possuir o Programa SCOUT, é só conectar o ATC ligado ao PC, usando cabo USB. Abra o Programa que o mesmo irá fazer leitura dos Dados (Modelo,Imei,Firmawere,cod. segurança..)
