Boa tarde galera, 

 

Pequei um LG K 11+  troquei o conector de carga e depois o cliente retorno dizendo que não ligava, abri e desconectei a bateria e conectei de novo e ligou depois de conectar no carregador.Suspeitamos que o cliente tentou algum procedimento no aparelho e não quer dizer.  Alguem sabe dizer o que pode ser?
