Como proceder para recuper meus 100 créditos que ela descontou sem ter sucesso na leitura de códigos ?

Entre em contato na GSM Server e explique o ocorrido, se eles aceitarem, devolverão os créditos (acredito eu, não tenho certeza) mas precisa mostrar o log e o chat é em inglês se não me engano.
