E ao tentar efetuar ligação pede para desativar o modo avião , não está com cqa teste porem passei os arquivos via adb para remover cqa reiniciou mais volto do mesmo jeito alguma solução ? valeu pessoal.

fiz duas veses o procedimento e nada e verifiquei a black list ta sem bloqueio.

Tenta fazer assim:

fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
instala a firmware
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot -w
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
fastboot reset.

Como mencionou o amigo acima, instalando a firmware mais atual disponível.
