Boa Noite!! 
Estou com S3 que quando ligado na fonte, o ponteiro do amperímetro sobe só até a metade e fica travdo lá, ou sejá, não liga. E quando a tela acende fica nessa imagem como vocês podem ver na foto. O que pode ser? Se for placa, qual Ci posso tentar trocar ou fazer um reflow...
