olá pessoal, entrou pra mim um aparelho Quantum Q5 MUV PRO que o cliente não consegue baixar aplicativos, e realmente ele não tem o Play store e na parte inferior direita da tela a todo tempo fica escrito "userdebug mode".

Já reiniciei o aparelho, hard reset não consegui resolver, em pesquisas descobri que é relacionado ao desenvolvedor, mas já ativei e desativei e fica na mesma.

Tem alguma coisa que pode ser feita?

desde já agradeço.

(me desculpem se postei no local errado, não encontrei area especifica desse modelo)
