    Boa tarde, se as dicas passadas acima não funcionarem, quero compartilhar minha experiência com um A50 na mesma situação, biometria parou de funcionar após troca da tela, no meu caso mesmo trocando varias peças ela não voltava a funcionar, após pesquisar bastante descobri que era um problema no software, precisei fazer downgrade para o android versão 9, somente após isso que voltou a funcionar.
    talvez não seja seu caso pois os modelos são diferentes mas mesmo assim deixo minha experiência, pode ser que lhe ajude
