    Estou com um samsung G3812B reconhecendo driver HELN. Alguem ja pegou e sabe que driver é esse? Ele não liga, não entra em modo download nem manual e nem com JIG. Isso acontece quando coloca-se o cabo USB nele. Se fosse BOOT ele reconheceria o driver QUALCOMM HS-USB QDLOADER 9008 mas neste caso ele esta reconhecendo um driver que nunca havia visto.

    amigos muito obrigado pela colaboração,porem fiz muitos procedimentos com o atc porem sem sucesso,baixei o esquema dele e vi que esses componentes são responsaveis pelo wifi e bluetooh fiz uma resolda neles e voltaram a funcionar,segue foto :
