    Você consegue chegar até qual tela do procedimento? Posta uma imagem de onde você está. Lembrando que a partir do patch de 1 de janeiro, a Motorola bloqueou o procedimento, então verifica o ultimo patch de segurança, se estiver em 1 de janeiro de 2016 por enquanto sem solução.
