    boa noite amigo,retire a bateria e recoloque-a e em seguida pressione power mais vol - quando aparecer o logo do lg solte a tecla power e em seguida pressione novamente a tecla power e ira aparecer as opções de reset . boa sorte amigo espero ter ajudado.
