    Hard reset Multilaser Titanium chegou aqui em minha assistencia um multilaser titanium com bloqueio de email e senha e fiz um hard reset assim: segure o botao volume p/baixo + home + power quando ele vibrar solte, vai aparecer o android na tela, aperte volume p/cima e despois selecione factory reset confirme na tecla power e é só correr pro abraço.
