    Pessoal, Desculpem se estou no local errado. Tenho um b3410, e o mesmo esta aparecendo o código BD0204EE e permanece na tela com o modelo do aparelho. Não sou conhecedor das soluções citadas acima, porém sou bem desenrolado, basta me mostrar o que e como fazer e farei. Muito obrigado pela colaboração.
