    bom dia a todos, estou com um problema semelhante, 3350, novo, o display ficou branco e não volta por nada, já troquei o display e não resolvel, se alguem puder ajudar agradeço desde já.

    bom dia amigo, chegou um em minha assistencia, com o mesmo problema, fiz limpeza, ressolda e nada, ai o que eu fiz, removi o conector, fiz uma boa limpeza no mesmo, e na placa e coloquei ele de volta, funcionou perfeitamente, até ontem o cliente não reclamou, rsrsrsrs, pode fazer que com certeza vai resolver seu probema, abarço!!
