    não sei se posso perguntar isso neste tópico,mas será que você saberia algum hard-reset para este aparelho,sem que foçe necessario usar o touch-screen dele? Porque tenho um tablet destes que ele fica dando defeito no Android,as vezes touch nao funciona,as vezes tela em preto,as vezes tela pisca,as vezes touch funciona no lugar errado.
