    1 - cid: 0x0032 -> aparelho tá vivo, muitas vezes o técnicos ficam insistindo, mas o emmc tá morto, se o cid estiver escrito ao lado DIED, só jtag quando dá certo. 2- deen_sprout:9/PPKS29.68-16-21-5/ -> essa é sua versão de software atual. https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/deen/official/RETBR/XT1941-3_DEEN_RETBR_9.0_PPKS29.68-16-21-20_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip como pode ver na descrição do link para baixar, esta é uma versão 9.0 e com boot acima do seu, ou seja, modem também mais atual, deverá voltar os imeis, espero ter ajudado.
