    Muito comum em aparelhos LG .Ele deve ter entrado em Brom mode. Segure volume - e segure o botão power e não solte até ele ligar. Caso não funcione abra o aparelho, desconecte a bateria e conecte a novamente. Espero ter ajudado.

    estava com o mesmo problema, coloquei o um mouse com o cabo otg, mexendo percebi que as câmeras não funcionavam, fiz a troca das câmeras e resolveu o problema! o celular voltou a da toque!
