Atualização C1904 dar erro

Boa tarde pessoal estou com um aparelho Xperia M para atualizar pois esta com no sistema tentei atualizar pelo motor da própria sony mais volta a mensagem que não existe atualização para o aparelho. Com isso tentei pelo flashtool porem dar erro logo apos de conectar o aparelho. Caso alguém conseguiu resolver agradeço desde já pela ajuda.

ja peguei assim e era problema na placa mas verifique o conector usb se nao esta em curto
