bom dia estou com esse tablet Dazz Dual Core 7" Com TV Digital DZ-6934, em Loop.

entrei em contato com a empresa por email e eles me passaram a firmware e orientaram a fazer o processo pelo PhoenixUSB Pro mas não consegui efetuar o procedimento, me passaram também o hard reset mas também não consegui fazer.

alguém teria alguma dica de como fazer esse aparelho
