pessoal do clan  chegou pra mim um atc 9063 oxidado, fiz uma limpeza e fui para os testes, porem o mesmo ligou normal.

mas ficou  com a imagem tremida, dai fiz a retirada do componente marcado na imagem em anexo.

no meu casso foi resolvido, espero poder ajuda mas alguém.
